Urban Edge SA is proud to be part of the Emerald Way Charity Home. We are donating this amazing home to the value of $650,000.00...! We have partnered up with Emerald Way Land Developments, Marketing with Century 21 and PR and Marketing through Adelady in order to raise money for children in need, with the help of administering the funds, using Variety SA, a charity that has an amazing track record of supporting children in need.

With a target to raise over $1,000,000.00 plus for children in need through the Charity Home auction and exciting events throughout the process with the help of generous sponsors.

THE WHY

The Groundbreaking Ceremony

Urban Edge SA are honoured to contribute to this project by constructing an architecturally designed, double-storey home situated at the entrance of this new development, Lot 1 Emerald Way, Mount Barker. This project would not have been possible without the generous donation of a 495m2 block by Joe Belperio. The build will be auctioned on-site by Century 21 with the proceeds donated to Variety SA - The Children's Charity.

Our target is to raise over $1,000,000.00 plus for children in need, administered by Variety SA through the auction of the Charity Home, fundraising events and donations from suppliers, friends, families and associated companies.

We need you to join us with this significant initiative..! For myself, | thought "why wouldn't I?" | believe it's important to give back to the community and those in need. We've been blessed and privileged to live in such a wonderful country with fortunate times in the construction industry, so it's time to give back...!
